Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how InnovaMetric ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the InnovaMetric platform (the "Service"), including as an account holder or as a visitor who interacts with a link, QR code, or tracking pixel created by one of our customers.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you register, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).

Billing information. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number on our servers.

Content you provide. Assets, campaign data, and other content you upload or generate through the Service.

Connected platform data. If you connect a Meta/Facebook Page or WhatsApp Business number, we access the data those platforms make available under the permissions you grant, in order to provide analytics and messaging features.

End-user interaction data. When someone scans a QR code, clicks a short link, or loads a tracking pixel created through the Service, we may record the timestamp, referring page, approximate device type, browser and operating system family, and IP address, for analytics purposes shown to the account that created the link or pixel.

Usage and log data. Standard technical logs such as request timestamps and error diagnostics used to operate and secure the Service.

2. How We Use Information

To provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
To process subscription payments and send billing communications;
To generate the analytics dashboards and reports the Service is designed to produce;
To communicate with you about your account or changes to the Service; and
To detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We share information with the following categories of third parties, only as needed to operate the Service:

Infrastructure providers — cloud hosting and database services (e.g. Microsoft Azure) that store application data;
Payment processing — Stripe, for subscription billing;
AI content providers — OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic, when you use content-generation features, so your prompts and generated output are processed by these providers;
Connected social platforms — Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and WhatsApp, when you use those integrations; and
Legal and safety — where required to comply with law, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of InnovaMetric, our customers, or others.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your language and theme preferences, and protect against cross-site request forgery. QR codes, short links, and tracking pixels created through the Service may set or read identifiers on the end user's device in order to report analytics such as device type and session activity to the account that created them.

5. Data Retention

We retain account data for as long as your account is active, and analytics data (link, QR code, and tracking pixel activity) for as long as the account that created it remains active, unless a shorter period is required by law or requested by the account holder.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Account holders can manage most of this data directly from the Service; end users of a QR code, short link, or tracking pixel who wish to exercise these rights over data collected on that account's behalf should contact that account holder directly, or contact us at the email below and we will route the request.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards — including encryption in transit and access controls — to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International Transfers

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers, such as standard contractual clauses.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date on this page.
